General Rules

1. Minimum qualifying hand is AAAKK.
2. After being declared winner of a high hand, the players will approach the tournament desk and pull an envelope out of the designated draw drum. Each envelope will contain a Mystery cash prize, ranging from $200 to $10,000.
3. Payouts are made in poker chips. Players may add chips to their stack at any time between hands, but the table limits must be respected.
4. Draws are made at the end of every time frame. A time frame ends one (1) second before the listed end time.
   Example: The first hourly draw is at 10:00am. It is paid out to the player who tabled the highest qualifying hand between 9:00am and 9:59:59 am.
5. If there are no qualifying hands during any given time frame, a hot seat draw will be made to determine the player who will have the chance to draw a mystery envelope.
6. Players have to be present at the end of a period to retain eligibility. If the winning player is absent, a hot seat draw will be made to determine the player who will have the chance to draw a mystery prize.
7. If two (2) or more players hold a High Hand of equal value for a given period, the prize will be split equally among the winners.
8. In the case of multiple boards, i.e., if players agree to run it more than once, only the first board shall be eligible to produce a qualifying High Hand.
9. All payouts related to these promotions are funded from the Bad Beat Jackpot pull. This will continue to be managed as specified in rule #11 of the Bad Beat Jackpot Rules and Procedures.
10. The hand does not have to go to a showdown in order to qualify. However, the qualifying High Hand must be tabled and acknowledged by the dealer.
11. A minimum of five (5) players must be seated and dealt in at the beginning of the hand in order to be eligible for a High Hand if playing Hold’em.
12. A minimum of three (3) players must be seated and dealt in at the beginning of the hand in order to be eligible for a High Hand if playing Omaha (4 cards).
13. Omaha players (4 cards) qualify on the flop only. However, the High Hand may be tabled and acknowledged by the dealer on any street.
14. Players must use both hole cards in Hold'em and two (2) of their four (4) hole cards in Omaha to make a qualifying hand.
15. Players must play their hands independently. If any player, whether directly or indirectly involved in the hand, passes information or instructs another on how to act or reveals their hand to other players, the High Hand will be disqualified.
16. Any discussion of the prize during the playing of the hand may void qualification for a Mystery High Hand payout.
17. Management verifies eligibility of all qualifying High Hands before any prize is awarded. There will be no recourse if the hand is mucked before surveillance was able to verify the hole cards and the community cards. Management will not be permitted to reconstruct the hand in any way.
18. Prizes won are final. No substitution or transfer of prizes are permitted.
19. Decisions of the Poker Room Supervisor are final and without recourse.
20. Winners consent to the use of their name and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
21. $1,000, $5,000 and $10,000 prize amounts will be added to the prize drum of the following days:
